We want all of our schools to have a smooth-running hassle-free photo day. We don’t want any extra work for you or want you to feel you need to look after us on photo day. There will be no pressure to get classes down in a certain order as we will pre arrange a schedule with you that works around you. Joanne will go through the details before the shoot with you either by phone or e-mail, which ever suits you best to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible. We understand that there might be some last-minute changes and we will work with you to handle that without pressure – we are problem solvers and want everyone to have a great experience of us being visitors at your school.

Joanne will take on all questions directly from the parent’s login account via the QR code that the children take home from school on the day

Both Joanne and Kathleen have enhanced DBS and we will send through what you need before the day to meet your school’s specific security requirements. We will also bring on the day paper copies of DBS and photo I.D for additional security.
You will know who is coming to your school on photo day and exactly what to expect. We are efficient, we are professional, we are not pushy and we actually do love what we do so we are good fun for the kids!
If you have a school socials or newsletter, Joanne will send you a poster to remind parents to send children in clean uniform and ready with smiles.
